If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to arrange an exchange, a substitution or a refund (conditions apply). We strive to keep every customer happy and to accommodate every request wherever possible.
Our return and exchange policies are as follows:
- Returns must be pre-arranged by requesting a return via our Contact Us link
- For most returns, we will provide you with a link to obtain a return shipping label, free of charge
- Returns must be arranged with us within 30 days of the date of purchase
- Refunds will only be issued if the product is unused, in it’s original packaging. and in sellable condition (as determined by us upon receipt)
- Defective products and products under Warranty will be replaced and/or given an online store credit at our discretion, and based on product availability
- If you are not happy with the performance of a product or feel that it is defective, please contact us to discuss a replacement product or an online store credit, which may be issued, at our discretion, as determined on a case by case basis
- For all exchanges and/or replacements, the new item will be sent to you once the returned item is received by us
- Please Note that for reasons of health & hygiene – appliances, tools, hair extensions, and products that are used directly on your hair, skin, or nails, cannot be exchanged unless defective
